1.2 When Chest begins offering regulated services, such as Self-Invested Personal Pension accounts (“SIPP”), these will be provided under the regulatory permissions of an authorised principal firm, and will be subject to separate terms and conditions, including regulatory disclosures and protections under applicable law.
Waitlist
2.1 You may register your interest in Chest’s products and services (“Chest Products”) by joining the waitlist (“Waitlist”) via Chest’s website at https://www.joinchest.com/ (“Website”). To join the Waitlist, you must provide a valid email address and consent to receive marketing communications from Chest. For more information about how Chest handles your personal data, see clause 9.
2.2 Upon joining the Waitlist, eligible users will:
qualify for a promotional sign-up bonus (“Sign-Up Bonus”), as further described in these Terms; and
receive access to a referral account, including a unique referral link and access to information about the referral rewards programme and associated milestones.
2.3 You acknowledge and agree that any Chest Products following its official launch will be subject to separate terms and conditions. Your participation in any Programme does not constitute agreement to or eligibility for such products or services, which will be governed by their own contractual terms and subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Sign-Up Bonus
3.1 The Sign-Up Bonus is a one-time promotional reward offered by Chest to new users who register via the Waitlist and subsequently open a SIPP after the official launch of the Chest Products. The Sign-Up Bonus will consist of a monetary contribution into your SIPP, subject to the specific amount and any applicable conditions as set out on the Website or in the relevant promotional materials at the time of your registration.
3.2 Upon satisfying the eligibility criteria as outlined in clause 5, Chest will pay the Sign-Up Bonus into your SIPP within thirty (30) days.
3.3 The Sign-Up Bonus is non-transferable, personal to you only, not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and may only be claimed once per eligible user.
3.4 Chest retains full ownership of the Sign-Up Bonus until it is transferred into your SIPP and reserves the right to withhold or revoke the Sign-Up Bonus at any time prior to transfer if you are found to be ineligible or in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms or any other applicable terms.
Referral Rewards
4.1 Upon joining the Waitlist, you will receive access to Chest’s referral rewards programme via a referral account and a unique referral link, which you may share with friends, family, or other personal contacts. A referral widget will be made available to you on the Website, displaying your unique link, referral milestones, rewards, and a leaderboard reflecting your relative position based on number of successful referrals.
4.2 If you make a successful referral, you may receive rewards structured around milestones as outlined on the Website or in the referral widget (“Rewards”). Rewards may include monetary contributions, early access, exclusive offers, or other incentives.
4.3 A successful referral occurs when the referee:
accesses the Website using your referral link;
signs up to the Waitlist, including providing a valid email address and consenting to marketing communications; and
in respect of any monetary Rewards, meets the eligibility criteria as outlined in clause 5.
4.4 The leaderboard displayed in the referral widget is for informational purposes only and may be used, at the Chest’s sole discretion, to determine priority access to the Chest Products, Chest’s application, or other early-access incentives. Placement on the leaderboard does not entitle users to any guaranteed benefit, access, or reward. Chest reserves the right to stagger, delay, limit, or otherwise manage user onboarding for the Chest Products.
4.5 The Rewards are intended for genuine, personal referrals only. Referrals must be individuals personally known to you. Bulk distribution, paid promotion, automated systems, or self-referrals (including multiple accounts controlled by the same individual) are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Programme.
4.6 You will receive email notifications for each successful referral and when Rewards are unlocked. Chest may also send periodic updates, marketing communications, and information about the Programme via email.
4.7 Once you achieve a milestone, Chest may contact you to request your address for the delivery of merchandise Rewards. To be eligible for any monetary Rewards, both you and the referred user must fully satisfy the eligibility criteria as outlined in clause 5. Chest reserves the right to withhold, delay, or revoke any such monetary Reward if either party fails to meet those conditions.
4.8 You understand that Chest will not be liable for any delays in relation to the processing or postage of any Rewards.
4.9 Participation in the Programme does not guarantee receipt of any Rewards. All Rewards are subject to availability, applicable terms or criteria, and budgetary limits.

No Affiliation with Partners
6.1 Some Rewards may be offered or facilitated by Chest’s third party partners or service providers (each a “Partner”). These Partners are in no way affiliated to Chest and Chest simply has a relationship with them in order to facilitate the offer of the applicable Rewards to you.
6.2 Any Rewards offered by a Partner and earned through the Programme will be subject to the Partner's applicable terms and conditions, and the Partner reserves the right at any time to remove, amend, and suspend the Rewards at any time in accordance with their terms and conditions.
6.3 Chest will not be liable to you for any actions taken by a Partner regarding the Rewards. Whenever possible, Chest will do its best to direct you to these Partner terms and conditions, but you may need to access these yourself when you agree to access or redeem any Rewards.

7.1 You are solely responsible for any tax liabilities or obligations that may arise from receipt of any benefits from the Programme.
7.2 Chest does not provide financial advice. Chest’s purpose is to offer tools and opportunities for financial growth and management, including your use of the Programme. You are encouraged to seek professional independent financial advice when making significant financial decisions.

Data Protection
9.1 Chest may receive and process certain information from you, including personal data (which has the meaning as set out in any applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, self-regulatory guidelines, industry standards, implementing legislation, or third party terms relating to privacy and data protection (“Data Protection Laws”)), for the purposes of your participation in the Programme, as further set out in Chest’s Privacy Notice.
9.2 You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Programme is subject to Chest’s Privacy Notice.

Chest and its licensors are and shall remain the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Programme, Website, and the material or content published via it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
10.2 Chest grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Content for your personal use only and Chest reserves the right to revoke your licence if you do not comply with these Terms. Suspension and Termination

11.2 Where Chest has suspended or terminated your SIPP or access to any part of the Programme for any reason outlined in these Terms or other applicable terms and conditions, any Rewards you have earned (including the Sign-Up Bonus or Rewards) may not be redeemed and may be forfeited or revoked by Chest, without any further liability to you.
Liability
12.1 By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that the Sign-Up Bonus or Rewards are not a debt owed to you at any time whatsoever.
12.2 Chest is responsible for losses you suffer caused by Chest breaching the Terms, unless the loss is:
Caused by you or a third party. Any actions or inactions (including fraud, negligence, or an error attributable to you or a third party) of you, Partners or other third parties, or other users. This includes loss arising out of or in connection with the Programme or Chest Products (when launched) where Chest has acted on instructions which it reasonably believed were provided by you.
Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to Chest before signing up to the Services meant Chest should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable), or which Chest could not reasonably have predicted at the time when you began your participation in the Programme.
Caused by a delaying event outside of Chest’s control. As long as Chest has taken the necessary steps to comply with its obligations as set out in the Terms, Chest is not responsible for delays outside Chest’s control.
Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, for example, choosing not to follow any instructions circulated by Chest which resulted in the loss that you suffered.
Business loss. Chest’s liability for any loss you suffer in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession is limited. Specifically, Chest will not, under any circumstances, be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for:
(i) any loss of profit, sales, revenue;
(ii) any loss of business, business interruption, business opportunity;
(iii) loss of anticipated savings;
(iv)loss of or damage to goodwill;
(v) loss of agreements or contracts; and
(vi) loss of use or corruption of software, data, or information.
f. Financial loss. Chest is not responsible for any financial losses or liabilities you incur by partaking in the Programme.
General
13.1 Chest shall not be in breach of the Terms nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of Chest’s obligations under the Terms if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances, Chest sha ll be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations.
13.2 Any notice under the Terms must be in writing and signed by either you or Chest (or someone authorised to sign for either side). Chest may send notices to you by email, or if email is not available, to your mailing address where provided by you. Notices to Chest should be sent to the address provided in the Terms. Notices will be considered received:
right away, if sent by email or delivered in person;
five (5) days after mailing, if sent by registered or certified mail; or
two (2) days after sending, if sent by overnight delivery.
13.3 Chest may assign its rights under these Terms to another company. You cannot assign or transfer your rights under the Terms to another person or company.
13.4 If any provision of the Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will not be affected and will remain valid.
13.5 The Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Terms or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
